PAN card
Mandatory for Indian nationals. Name must match other documents.
Aadhaar card
Used for DSC verification and as identity proof.
Address proof
Bank statement, electricity, phone or mobile bill — not older than two months.
Passport-size photograph
Recent, plain background.
Email ID and mobile number
Unique to each person — used for OTPs and DIN.
Passport (foreign nationals / NRIs)
Notarised and apostilled or consularised, with overseas address proof.

Firm name and business activity
Capital contribution and profit-sharing ratio
Partnership deed on stamp paper
We draft it; stamp duty varies by state.
Office address proof
Utility bill plus rent agreement / NOC.
